These are some Family Comments from our Parent Satisfaction Survey in April 2018
I was a little anxious to start in care- my children had been with family and I wasn't sure how they would go. Needless to say they have all been exceptional, I drop off to the same 2 or 3 faces and they take my little one for cuddles. Whenever I have rung whoever I speak to is friendly and in the afternoon I get such detailed information . I feel like they are being cared for by such a beautiful, warm and caring group of staff.
Thankyou for making the transition to your centre so easy and worry free for my boys and family, You have made them very comfortable and we really appreciate it.
Your educators are amazing people, we have never felt so welcomed in a centre.
We saw Sanctuary and instantly knew the kids would love it, the facilities space and outdoor areas are amazing.
